Mini hammock tower

Ive been inspired to try making my own mini hammock tower. It was surprisingly hard, it took me and my friend nearly three hours to build our stack of four hammocks. The hammocks were a quite a lot further apart than in the ones shown in the world record. This was because we wanted to get to a certain hight with just the four hammocks we had with us.

We started with the bottom hammock then stood on it whilst putting up the next one, using the hammocks like a ladder. We had to adjust each hammock a couple of times to get it right.

The top hammock was about 4.5 meters high. I've been higher in my hammock before but it felt pretty cool to be at the top of a stack.

Trying my own stack made me think it must have taken hours and loads of practise to get the world record. I think if we're going to attempted to go higher we might need to use a climbing harness.
